The death of Ronald Reagan has renewed calls to overturn funding restrictions for new stem cell lines.Researchers say these lines could potentially treat Alzheimer’s, the disease the former president had, and other diseases as well: like Parkinson’s, which Governor Jim Doyle’s mother suffers from. Doyle wants national democrats to support overturning those restrictions by making it a part of the party’s platform.Shamane Mills reports…
