Republican leaders expect both houses of the legislature they control to pass a state budget by the end of next week. And few changes are expected.But things get much harder after that, when Republicans and Governor Jim Doyle have to come to terms on divisive issues like how much to spend on schools ….and whether the state should clamp down on local spending.Shamane Mills reports.
