Doyle Denounces Waste of Tobacco Settlement

Gubenatorial challenger Jim Doyle is attacking Scott McCallum’s handling of the state’s tobacco fund money.Governor McCallum and the Legislature used Wisconsin’s settlement money to plug a billion dollar hole in the state budget.Doyle says the money should have been used on anti-smoking efforts and other types of preventive care.Patty Murray reports.
