Doyle defends his healthcare progress, advises against future cuts

As the next Governor and legislature grapple with a massive budget shortfall, one of the challenges they’ll face is how to pay for programs like BadgerCare.As Shawn Johnson reports, Governor Jim Doyle says he thinks talks of cutting the program will give way to the reality of who those cuts would effect.
