In the next four years, Governor Jim Doyle wants to reduce use of petroleum based gasoline in the state’s vehicle fleet by 20 percent.He said ethanol blended fuel is not widely available around Wisconsin yet, but a pending bill would require it be sold. Shamane Mills reports…
