Doyle Assures Full Funding to County Officials

In a speech which sounded a lot like his State of the State address, Governor Doyle told county officials on Tuesday that a bleak financial situation requires spending cuts and shared pain. But Jim Doyle promised local aid to governments wouldn’t be cut further. Shamane Mills reports.
