The Environmental Protection Agency says it has a new way to clean up the Fox River that’ll save money and finish the work more quickly.Instead of sucking PCB contamination from the bottom of the river, the agency wants to cover parts of it in a layer of sand and gravel.But the plan met with opposition at a public hearing in Green Bay last night.Patty Murray reports…
