Still reeling from the suprise loss of a million dollar grant, domestic violence advocates Friday rallied on the Dane County courthouse steps in Madison. The grant funds prosecution of domestic violence perpetrators. The district attorneys office found out yesterday it had lost the money. Frederica Freyberg reports
