DNR wants funds to guarantee efficient cleanup of river

Wisconsin’s Department of Natural Resources wants a written agreement to assure the timely cleanup of the Fox River.The State filed a federal lawsuit seeking a final price tag for the removal of cancer-causing PCB’s.Patty Murray reports.
