Democrats in the Wisconsin Senate have ousted their leader, just a day after legislators ended one of the longest budget standoffs in state history.Russ Decker of Weston is the new Majority Leader.He replaces Judy Robson of Beloit.The change makes Decker the legislature’s top Democrat.And Decker hinted yesterday that he would have used that power differently during budget negotiations.
