A Democratic candidate for President kicked off his campaign in Madisonover the weekend. Actually the candidate wasn’t in the state. But supporters of Vermont Governor Howard Dean gathered at a Madison bar to watch campaign video’s, and raise money for the candidate they hope will be the next president. Gil Halsted reports.
