Wisconsin Senator Russ Feingold says he thinks Customs Cut officials may be illegally violating the privacy rights of some air travelers. Feingold will hold a hearing tomorrow/today/Wednesday to learn more about the new practice of searching the lap top hard drives of some passengers when they return from overseas travel.
