Court to Determine Who Pays for Cleanup

Milwaukee-based Johnson Controls went before the Wisconsin Supreme Court Tuesday). At issue are 11 sites the company contaminated, which made the Superfund list for bad environmental problems.The company has already cleaned them up.At issue is who has to pay for that cleanup Johnson Controls or its insurance company.Benson Gardner reports.
