Counties Band Together In Response To Less Federal Aid

First Responders in Northeastern Wisconsin showed off some high-tech equipment on Monday that was paid for with Homeland Security Money.Counties are expecting to get less money for such equipment this year, and they plan to compensate by working together to come up with response plans for potential terrorist attacks.
