Wisconsin’s attorney general says companies that don’t offer contraceptives as part of their health plan are engaging in sex discrimination. Womens’ advocates, including Lieutenant governor Barbara Lawton, hailed the decision. The informal legal opinion adds weight to an argument already won in federal court….but which many companies continue to ignore. Shamane Mills reports…
