Committee looks at new funding formula for state’s criminal justice system

All of the major players in state’s criminal justice system seem to agree it would operate more effectively if it had more money to work with. That’s what they said yesterday to a legislative committee charged with recommending ways to revamp criminal justice funding strategies. Gil Halsted reports.
