The state Assembly has voted to fast-track a bill to expand the Milwuakee school voucher porgram. The plan to open the progam to 7,500 more children could make it to the Governor’s desk by Friday. In Madison today 80 students from two Milwaukee private schools held a silent rally in the Capitol rotunda in support of the bill. Gil Halsted reports…
