Business-minded people in Wisconsin have until the end of the month to get in on a contest to win some “seed money for their idea.”That’s the deadline to submit an essay to the “Governor’s Business Plan Contest.”The state and some private businesses are chipping in money to provide start-up capital.The hope is to spur economic development.Patty Murray reports…
