Board seeks to protect water quality, wildlife with proposed new rules

The Natural Resources Board has approved changes to shoreline development rules.They’re directing counties to come up with ordinances protecting wildlife habitats that fall within 300 feet of the shores of lakes, rivers, and streams.Patty Murray reports…
