‘Blindfold’ Rule for Jurors Questioned

Justice is supposed to be blind, but some think the civil court system needs to open its eyes and change the so-called blindfold rule. Keeping jurors “in the dark” about certain court rules often prevents them from knowing the outcome of a case they’re deciding.Some think this is the way it should be; others say a change is long overdue.
