Wisconsin is entering its third summer of full-fledged testing of its Great Lakes beaches.The state is getting 225-thousand dollars this year to help public health agencies test for dangerous forms of e-coli bacteria.The money also helps inform the public if a certain beach is closed due to health concerns.Patty Murray reports…
