Agencies Seek Public Comment on Fox River Clean-up

The public has a chance to comment on the Fox River Clean-up in December.The Environmental Protection Agency and the state DNR have made proposed changes to parts of the project.If approved they would result in less dredging…and more “capping off” of pcb-contaminated sediments.Patty Murray reports….
