Activists Want to Criminalize Prison Sex

Some groups think it should be a felony for a prison employee to have sexual relations with an inmate. A bill to that effect passed the Wisconsin assembly last year but may have a tougher time this year.That’s because of the budget crisis.Benson Gardner reports.
