Activists march in opposition to Obama’s troop surge decision

President Obama will officially announce tonight he is sending some 30,000 more troops to Afghanistan. Anti-war activists in Wisconsin are countering his decision by launching a four-day “peace surge.” Kirk Carapezza reports…
