New plan to improve reading skills for K through 12 students

Governor Scott Walkers special reading task force annouced a new plan today to improve reading skills for elementary school students. State Supeintendent of Schools Tony Evers says the goal is improve reading test scores for K through 12 students. Gilman Halsted reports.
