Spanish pianist Javier Perianes recently released a collection of keyboard sonatas by the Italian composer Domenico Scarlatti.

There are over 550 of these gems, predominantly written while Scarlatti was working in Spain and Portugal.

He composed them primarily for student harpsichord lessons.
