The inaugural Eaux Claires Music & Arts Festival officially kicks off on Friday, luring some of indie rock’s leading lights along with thousands of fans, to western Wisconsin.
The two-day festival includes headlining performances from the National, Spoon, Sufjan Stevens, the Indigo Girls and the reemergence of Bon Iver, festival founder Justin Vernon’s most popular musical outlet.
