It is always a treat to hear, air and promote artists in the region on Hg. Among the many talented musicians in the area is fiddler and composer, Michi Regier who with friends, performed in Lake Villa, Il on September 19th, 2015 at Julie’s Coffee. Her 2009 album “Twisted Path” is a delightful acoustic mashup of styles that illumine her skillful negotiation on her instrument. The album reflects nearly a half decade of musical exploration from 2003-2008. This recording would be a rich addition to any world music library. More about Michi: https://michimusic.wordpress.com/
