Miriam’s Lentils

A Listener recipe from Miriam Gersho of Ontario, Canada

Instructions from Miriam:

“Dice and fry 2 or 3 cooking onions.
Open, rinse and drain a can of lentils.
Cook up about 2 cups of rice.
Stir it all together. Heat it, and eat it!”
