Wisconsin considered safer because of post-9/11 changes

After the 9-11 terrorist attacks, agencies at all levels of government realized they needed to be better-prepared for major catastrophes. The Department of Homeland Security was formed, in part, as a way to streamline information and better-equip public safety workers. As Maureen McCollum reports, some Wisconsin officials say threats still exist, but the state is safer today.
