Terminally ill prisoner makes plea for parole

Wisconsin state law allows prison inmates sentenced to life in prison the right to ask for parole if they are suffering from a terminal disease. But the guidelines for granting release to terminally ill prisoners are very strict. Gilman Halsted reports on one prisoners request to be set free so he can go home and die with his family.
