The Milwaukee County DA’s office and the city’s Police and Fire Commission are investigatingalleged sexual assaults and improper strip searches carried out by Milwaukee Police Officers. But the state Chapter of the ACLU thinks the department itself should evaluate policies that may have encouraged such abuses. Gilman Halsted reports.
