Officials with the Archdiocese of Milwaukee said that they plan to file its bankruptcy reorganization plan on Wednesday.

According to church officials, the plan includes $4 million for child sexual abuse victims.

In a statement, Archbishop Jerome Listecki called the plan “a major step toward ending the bankruptcy and returning our focus to the primary mission of the Church.”
