Former Calumet county DA asks state Supreme Court to throw out sexual harassment charge

The former District attorney of Calumet county is asking the the state Supreme Court to throw out a sexual harassment ethics charge against him. Ken Kratz says state regulators already dismissed the charges once. Gilman Halsted reports.
