Concealed carry advocates suing Milwaukee Police over refusal to return gun

Advocates for the right to carry a concealed weapon are suing the Milwaukee police Department. At issue is the department’s refusal to return a gun to man who shot an alleged robber at a Milwuakee grocery store. Gilman Halsted reports.
