Wisconsin Public Radio, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and the LaFollette School of Public Affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison have partnered for a project to better understand the societal issues that matter the most to voters in Wisconsin. We learn more about the scope of the effort and what it hopes to accompllish.
