A crash between two semis has closed westbound portions of Interstates 39 and 90 in southern Wisconsin near Janesville.
The incident began last night when the first truck caught on fire and pulled over on the shoulder. Just before 2 a.m. another truck sideswiped the first.
According to the Rock County Emergency Management Department, the second truck was transporting “swimming pool type chemicals.” Some of the chemicals spilled and four barrels were scattered on the highway.
