One of our listeners called in with a question for Zorba about relieving back pain by hanging upside down on the monkey bars at his local park.
Zorba told him that, if done safely, it could be an effective way to decompress pressure on his back. He also advised him to couple his “monkey bar” therapy with some stretching exercises from a physical therapist.
