Autism diagnosis is on the rise, according to a federal study of 14 states, including Wisconsin. The Centers for Disease Control report shows 1 in 88 children in the U.S. have autism spectrum disorders. In a study 2 years earlier, 1 in 110 children was diagnosed. Shamane Mills reports.
