Restaurant service workers are reporting a dramatic increase in sexual harassment during the pandemic, especially when needing to confront customers about not complying with COVID-19 safety protocol, in addition to facing higher risks of contracting the virus. We talk with a researcher of a new report about what she’s hearing from restaurant workers.
