Grilled Turkey with Garlic Sauce

Garlic sauce:

  • 1/3 Cup Minced fresh parsley
  • 5 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/3 Cup Fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ Cup Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp Cayenne pepper

  • 1 ½ Lbs Turkey breast slices, ¼” thick*
  • 1 Tbs Olive oil, for brushing turkey
  1. Prepare Grill or Broiler
  2. Combine all sauce ingredients in a blender and blend together.
  3. Grill or broil turkey breasts, brushing with olive oil to keep moist, 4 minutes a side.
  4. Top each slice with about two tablespoons of the sauce. Enjoy!

Servings: 6

*Any white meat protein (fish or chicken) can be substituted for the turkey.
