Graft Costs Taxpayers Millions

The Wisconsin Democracy Campaign says state residents are paying the price of expensive political races.In a new report the Campaign says each taxpayer forks over 12-hundred dollars a year.The group calls it a “graft tax.”Its members say Wisconsin needs Campaign Finance Reform to clean up the mess.
