Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups sliced ripe strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups sugar snap peas
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese OR aged sharp white cheddar
- (Optional) 2 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

- Steam sugar snap peas for 2 minutes
- Cool peas in ice water, then drain well
- Cut peas in half
- Add strawberries, peas, and cheese to large serving bowl and toss
