- 1 Pizza crust*
- 2 Carrots, finely chopped
- 1/3 Cup Walnuts, finely chopped
- 2 Leaves Kale, finely chopped
- ½ Crown Broccoli, separated into small bits
- ½ tsp Minced garlic
- 2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ Cup Water
- 2 Tbs Pizza sauce
- 1 Tbs Nutritional yeast**
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Preheat crust in skillet or on pan for half of the recommended cooking time.
- Chop carrots, walnuts, and kale in a food processor.
- Add chopped veggies to a microwave safe bowl with broccoli (already torn apart), garlic, Worcestershire sauce and water.
- Put a lid on it and microwave for 5-6 minutes until veggies are tenderly steamed.
- Remove crust from oven, smear sauce over it, add Worcester-softened veggies to the top and sprinkle on your yeast or Parmesan cheese.
- Return to oven until crust is lightly browned. Serve and enjoy!
