- ½ Pound Deli roast beef, sliced into strips
- 2 Cups Shredded romaine lettuce
- ½ Cup Matchstick carrots
- 1 Cup Thinly sliced cucumber
- ½ Cup Sliced red onion
- ¼ Cup Crumbled feta cheese
- 4 Whole-wheat pita pockets
Dressing:
- 2 Tbs Fat-free mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs Skim milk
- 1 Tbs Cider vinegar

Combine the roast beef, lettuce, carrots, cucumber, onion and feta in a large bowl and toss gently. Slice each pita pocket and stuff with the beef and lettuce filling.
In a separate bowl; whisk the mayonnaise, milk and vinegar. Drizzle the dressing over each pita and serve! (Servings: 4)
