Roast Beef Pitas

  • ½ Pound Deli roast beef, sliced into strips
  • 2 Cups Shredded romaine lettuce
  • ½ Cup Matchstick carrots
  • 1 Cup Thinly sliced cucumber
  • ½ Cup Sliced red onion
  • ¼ Cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 Whole-wheat pita pockets


  • 2 Tbs Fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbs Skim milk
  • 1 Tbs Cider vinegar

Combine the roast beef, lettuce, carrots, cucumber, onion and feta in a large bowl and toss gently. Slice each pita pocket and stuff with the beef and lettuce filling.

In a separate bowl; whisk the mayonnaise, milk and vinegar. Drizzle the dressing over each pita and serve! (Servings: 4)
