Garlic sauce:
- 1/3 Cup Minced fresh parsley
- 5 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/3 Cup Fresh lemon juice
- ¼ Cup Olive oil
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin
- ½ tsp Cayenne pepper

- 1 ½ Lbs Turkey breast slices, ¼” thick*
- 1 Tbs Olive oil, for brushing turkey
- Prepare Grill or Broiler
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a blender and blend together.
- Grill or broil turkey breasts, brushing with olive oil to keep moist, 4 minutes a side.
- Top each slice with about two tablespoons of the sauce. Enjoy!
