- 1 Cup Old fashioned oats
- 1 Cup Toasted coconut flakes*
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate chips
- 1/2 Cup Peanut butter**
- 1/2 Cup Flaxmeal
- 1/3 Cup Honey
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients until well mixed. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Roll dough into about 24 one inch balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Enjoy! (Servings: 12)
