WPR is planning a little extra joy this season with a special pop-up performance at Woodman’s Madison East on Milwaukee Street in Madison.

Beginning at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13, members of the Madison East High School Strings Ensemble will set up and play in the store to give customers an unexpected holiday treat that we hope carries them through the day’s bustle.

It’s a celebration of the joy of classical music, the talent in our community, and a reminder of the beauty and connection WPR Music brings to Wisconsin all year long.
