RoundTrip Greater Madison, a public program in Dane County, is hosting the Smart Trips Challenge this September. The month-long event encourages residents to swap solo car trips for biking, busing, carpooling, or walking/rolling.
To participate, create a free account at www.RoundTripGreaterMadison.org and log your trips throughout September. Residents who complete at least four round trips each week and 17 total during the month will be entered into weekly and grand prize drawings, featuring prizes donated by Metro Transit, Madison Bikes, and local businesses, including Metcalfe’s Market, TREK Madison East, Machinery Row Bicycles, Monk’s Bar & Grill, and Buck & Honey’s.
The challenge is free and open to Dane County residents ages 18 and up.
