Throughout his career managing architectural projects, Bob Vajgrt noticed something critical: “There’s books about managing people, leading people, but the gap was, how do you do that by leading and managing from who you are?” Bob grew up in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, in the late 60s and early 70s—a town small enough that kids could ride bikes everywhere, explore boundaries on their own, and learn where their limits were.
Most leadership books outline textbook information. Bob has something different to offer in his book “The Story In Your Head”—accounts of how ordinary people do extraordinary things when they lead authentically. His writing grew out of a desire to help managers use their personal identity to shape their management style.

Bob will be there from 2 pm to 5 pm, meeting and greeting and answering your questions about his book and the lessons his experiences as an architectural project manager have taught him.
